(2) Key points for prevention and control of falls from scaffolding: Scaffolding must be erected according to regulations, with level scaffold boards and no protruding boards allowed; guardrails must be securely tied and safety nets must be properly installed; the load on the scaffolding must not exceed 270 kg/m²; if the scaffolding is too far from the wall, additional safety protection should be added; and a system for scaffolding erection acceptance and usage inspection should be implemented, with problems dealt with promptly.

(4) Key points for prevention and control of roof eaves fall accidents: Workers on the roof should wear soft-soled non-slip shoes; anti-slip measures should be taken when the roof slope is greater than 25°; workers on the roof should not move away from the eaves; when using external scaffolding for construction, the outer row of uprights should be 1.2m higher than the eaves and safety nets should be hung, and the external scaffolding at the eaves should be covered with scaffold boards; when not using external scaffolding for construction, safety nets should be installed under the eaves.
