28m Telescopic Boom Lift, 25m Working Range | Voyantek

The 28 m telescopic boom lift is the long-reach workhorse of the Jobanglift self-propelled series. The HSJBZ28M-LI combines a 28 780 mm maximum working height with a 25 000 mm working range, the longest outreach in the range, on a 638 Ah / 76.8 V full-lithium drive with 45% (24°) gradeability for rough site conditions. We build it for the jobs a 23 m machine cannot reach.

A 28 780 mm working height (26 780 mm platform height) puts operators on nine- to ten-storey façades, industrial rooflines, telecom and transmission structures and large-span steelwork. On the 2 400 × 900 mm platform, two operators with tools work within the 300 kg unrestricted rating, and the 360° turntable with ±90° platform rotation keeps the basket square to the structure anywhere in the envelope.

The 25 000 mm maximum working range is what separates this model from the 23 m and 34 m units. It lets the boom stand back from the structure, across plant rooms, pits, canopies or open ground, and still place the platform precisely. Reach is the reason to buy this one. In the 460 kg limited-capacity zone the platform can carry heavier material such as glazing panels, welding rigs or façade modules; the machine controller enforces the 300 kg unrestricted / 460 kg limited limits automatically by boom angle and radius. Gradeability is 45% (24°) with a 25% (14°) maximum lateral driving slope, and the machine rides on 19-625 tyres over a 3 200 mm wheelbase with four-wheel drive and oscillating axles in the series configuration. Travel is 5 km/h stowed and a controlled 0.6 km/h with the boom raised. Turning radii are 6 500 mm (outer) and 3 500 mm (inner), and the 1 920 mm tail swing must be allowed for when slewing close to walls.

A 638 Ah / 76.8 V lithium battery, the largest we fit in this series, feeds a 5.2 kW / 80 V DC walking motor and a 21 kW / 52 V AC oil pump motor, charged by an 80 V / 40 A on-board charger. The 185 L hydraulic tank and 12 V DC auxiliary power unit (emergency lowering pump) complete the power package; routine care follows our aerial work platform maintenance programme. Zero exhaust emission and low noise keep the machine usable indoors and in occupied urban sites.

The machine weighs 16 600 kg, stows to 11 470 mm and shortens to a 9 185 mm transport length for trailer shipment.
