Uses of aerial work platforms

Articulated boom lifts can perform suspended operations, traverse obstacles, or perform multi-point operations from a single lifting point; the platform has a large load capacity, accommodating two or more people simultaneously and carrying equipment; the lifting platform is highly mobile and easy to relocate; its attractive appearance makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor operations and storage. It is suitable for large-scale aerial work in stations, docks, shopping malls, stadiums, residential properties, factories, and mines.

 

Trailer-mounted articulated boom lifts are easy to move, with a compact articulated boom structure. Made of new high-quality steel, they are high-strength, lightweight, and can be directly connected to AC power or started using their own DC power supply. They offer rapid setup, and the work platform can be raised, extended horizontally, and rotated, easily traversing obstacles to reach the work position, making them ideal aerial work equipment.

 

Both the work bucket and the slewing base are equipped with control devices for remote control of engine start/stop and high/low speed. Electro-hydraulic proportional valves control the boom's movement, ensuring smooth operation. The boom can rotate continuously 360° left and right, and a linkage mechanism automatically maintains the work trough level. In case of main pump failure, an emergency pump can be operated to lower the work trough. Night lighting is provided, and heavy objects can be lifted. The outriggers are individually adjustable, allowing for leveling on uneven surfaces. The vehicle is easy to move and suitable for operation in narrow areas and alleyways. The product is widely used in power, street lighting, municipal, landscaping, telecommunications, airports, shipbuilding (repair), transportation, advertising, photography, and other high-altitude work fields.

Through the front bracket of the boom, lifting devices or personnel platforms can be quickly installed, enabling material lifting, hoisting, and personnel-carrying high-altitude operations. It also provides interfaces for expanding work devices and quickly switching between various working devices.

 

2. Three-Dimensional Rotary Lifting

The designed three-dimensional rotary lifting device can automatically maintain the posture of the lifted material and can adjust the lifted material at any height, position, and direction in space. It features precise and sensitive speed control, excellent micro-motion performance, and meets the requirements for high-altitude operations and ventilation duct installation in large underground caverns.
