Scissor Lift Structure Principles

This equipment uses a hydraulic system as its power source. An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump to generate pressurized oil, which in turn expands or retracts the scissor lift metal frame, thus vertically raising and lowering the platform.

Its structure mainly consists of five parts: a base, scissor arms, hydraulic cylinders, a work platform, and a control system. The base provides stable support; the scissor arms are made of high-strength steel and connected by hinge points to form a retractable parallelogram structure; the hydraulic cylinders, as the core actuators, control the lifting range through piston movement; the work platform surface is covered with anti-slip material and has safety railings around it; the control system integrates operation buttons and limit sensors, enabling precise control of the lifting height and preventing overtravel.
