Hydraulic Chassis
The self-propelled aerial work platform vehicle, developed with completely independent intellectual property rights, employs electromechanical-hydraulic integration, reliability design, and computer-aided design technologies. It successfully developed a fully hydraulically driven, self-propelled dedicated chassis, breaking through the previous limitation of domestic aerial work platform vehicles only being able to be modified from automobile or crane chassis.
The chassis structure breaks through traditional design theories and methods. By optimizing the overall layout and load distribution of the upper platform, it reduces center of gravity shift. A unique large-angle rear-tilting hinge structure and rationally set multiple counterweight modules effectively balance the working torque. The use of an H-shaped variable cross-section composite box girder rigid frame and high-load solid rubber tires increases the overall rigidity of the chassis, ensuring the stability of the entire machine during travel and operation, and enabling the aerial work platform vehicle to travel with a load.
