Concrete Laser Screed
The JB60-30 Laser Screed Machine is a high-performance equipment engineered for superior efficiency and lasting value. It integrates screeding, leveling, and vibratory compaction into one seamless operation.
Equipped with an automatic scraper, the system transfers concrete from high spots to low areas to maintain consistent surface elevation. Its "Quick Pass" feature allows autonomous spreading of excess concrete during discharge without manual effort.
A hydraulically driven auger precisely trims the concrete to the target grade. Surplus material is efficiently moved to the right side by a dual-auger system and an offset scraper. Paired with an extended curved baffle, the machine further flattens and redirects excess concrete back into the auger’s work zone. This intelligent layout significantly reduces overlap width and enhances both output and surface quality.
